We use Glue Up as a customer relationship management (CRM), membership, event and communications platform to help EMN manage its relationships with members, contacts, exhibitors, sponsors, event attendees and other organisations and individuals we work with.
We may store information you provide to us in Glue Up, including your name, contact details, organisation, job title, areas of interest, event participation, communication preferences and relevant records of our relationship with you.
We may also use Brevo to manage and send email communications.
Where appropriate, contact information and communication preferences may therefore be processed using both Glue Up and Brevo.
We use these systems to help us:
- Manage enquiries and business relationships
- Administer EMCON and other EMN events and activities
- Maintain appropriate records of our contacts and interactions
- Manage event registrations and participation
- Manage email subscriptions and communication preferences
- Send relevant news, event information and marketing communications where we are permitted to do so
