Energy Zone

Energy efficiency is higher on the agenda for engineering & manufacturing businesses than ever before. The combined need to reduce usage due to soaring energy costs and move to sustainable energy sources with a view to the NET Zero is one of the sectors biggest challenge.

The Energy Zone is a combination of 11 exhibitors that manufacture or offer energy saving solutions focused on the needs of the sector. Providing everything from equipment and installation, advice and guidance to start or progress on the Net Zero journey to peer to peer support and suggestions, the Energy Zone provides help and support for those at the start, in the middle and celebrating NET Zero and energy saving achievements.

Digital Zone

Showcasing the benefits of digital adoption. From cobots to sensors, data analytics to additive manufacturing and VR, 10 companies that have benefitted from the MADE Smarter programme and grant scheme will be exhibiting to advocate the impact, benefits and support available for engineering & manufacturing businesses to automate and digitize systems and processes – saving energy and increasing productivity.

Healthcare Zone

Supported by the Academic Health Science Network for NE and Cumbria and Northumbria Healthcare Innovation and Manufacturing Hub

Thirteen exhibitors from across the healthcare sector highlighting opportunities and unresolved needs the healthcare sector are looking to address and the products they are looking to buy.

From recycled furniture to energy reduction; innovative storage solutions to mobility aids; manufacture of large equipment and small components – the healthcare sectors needs are vast and challenging but the engineering & manufacturing sector is an essential part of the healthcare ecosystem.

Assist in the design, creation and manufacture of solutions that resolve healthcare problems – a potential new market
