M5tec, who exhibited within EMCON’s first Incubator Zone in 2017, has been awarded two framework agreements.
The agreements, for Engineering Design Services in Mechanical Engineering and in Electrical C&I, have been awarded by the UK Atomic Energy Authority.
Craig Chalder, managing director of the Newton Aycliffe based engineering design firm, said: “We are looking forward to providing our services and helping the UKAEA deliver sustainable nuclear energy through fusion power.
“We would like to thank our team for their hard work and efforts which has brought us to this point.”
